DEVCOM 4

Developmental Composite Unit 4 (DEV-4) or just “4” is a unit under DEVOC (Developmental Operations Command) that is comprised of former U.S. Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard pilots, flight officers, and maintainers. Working alongside ARD, DEV-4’s main objective is to Develop, Evaluate, and Operate new aircraft designs, flight gear, and tactics. DEV-4 personnel are chosen for their experience across multiple aircraft types, test experience, and operational prowess.
